Most booking messages we receive are missing the one line that matters: the restaurant, the gate code, the latest time that still works. Each missing line costs a round of questions, and on a Saturday evening a round of questions can cost you the companion you wanted. The seven templates below are the messages we would write if we were booking companions in Marbella ourselves, one for each kind of booking we take. How to Fill In the Brackets
Replace everything in square brackets and delete any line that does not apply. Write times on the 24-hour clock (22:00, not "10"), dates with the day of the week (Friday 16 October) and hotels by their full current name, since ME Marbella and Hard Rock Hotel Marbella both replaced older ones. Send it as one message rather than seven, and as text rather than a voice note, so it can be checked line by line. None of it is compulsory: a message saying you would like a booking is enough, and we ask the rest; the template only saves that round of questions. Spot a mistake afterwards and you can fix it in place: WhatsApp has allowed a sent message to be edited for 15 minutes since May 2023. Template 1: A Same-Day Hotel Visit
For tonight, the most important line is the latest start you would accept, because the question on the day is who can physically reach you in time. Give the hotel by name, the window, the length and how flexible you are on the companion, and say whether an incall would also suit you.

Use it from early afternoon for the same evening. If you have not checked in yet, give the hotel and the time you expect to be in the room; the room number follows on the day.

Why the Window Matters, and Our Reply
Why it works: the window and the flexibility line let us answer with names rather than questions. Many same-day messages come from people who landed that afternoon; Málaga airport handled 26.8 million passengers in 2025, according to Aena. Template 2: A Dinner Date
A dinner date is matched to the room as much as to you, so the restaurant, the time and the dress code come first. Say whether the table is booked under your name, where you would like to meet and what happens after dinner, so the length and the figure are right first time.

Why the Restaurant Comes First, and Our Reply
Why it works: a tasting menu at Skina, which holds two Michelin stars in the 2026 guide, and a beach-club table call for different companions, and the dress line saves a question. Our reply: two or three companions suited to that room, with their languages, a meeting arrangement and one figure for the evening: a dinner date runs at least three hours at €300 an hour, so €900 for three hours and €1,200 for four. Template 3: An Overnight
Write the start and the end in one line, because "for the night" means different things at 22:00 and at 02:00. Add where she will stay, what the evening involves and whether breakfast is in the room, and say how many guests the hotel room is booked for.

Why Two Times Beat "for the Night", and Our Reply
Why it works: the two times fix the price, and the room line flags the one piece of paperwork an overnight can involve: under Real Decreto 933/2021, hotels register every guest aged 14 or over who stays, so a room booked for one may need her added at reception. Our reply: availability, one figure between €3,000 and €4,000 depending on the companion and the length of the night, the 25% deposit if you are booking ahead, and how arrival works at that hotel. Template 4: A Villa or Gated Estate
At a private house the address is never enough. The gate, the map pin and who else is staying decide how she arrives and whether the booking suits her, so they go in the first message. Villas in Benahavís, Estepona or Mijas take a two-hour minimum, and you pay her taxi there, as on every outcall.

Why the Gate Line Matters, and Our Reply
Why it works: villa numbering on this coast is unreliable after dark, and a pin removes the guesswork; the line on who else is present is one we would ask for anyway, because she needs to know. Our reply: an arrival estimate, 25–30 minutes in Marbella and longer for the gated estates of Benahavís by the length of the taxi ride, and one figure plus her taxi. Where a guard controls the gate, as at La Zagaleta, add the name of whoever clears visitors, or the arrival stalls at the barrier.
Template 5: A Travel Booking
Travel bookings turn on tickets and time, so the template asks for both: the dates and route, who books her flight or train, how your days are shaped and the room arrangement. Send it at least two weeks ahead, because seats are easy to find and her free days are not.

Why Tickets Shape the Message, and Our Reply
Why it works: the days line tells her what to pack and how much time is hers, and the tickets line settles who books what. Seats are rarely the problem: Málaga has seven to nine direct flights a day to Madrid and the high-speed train takes about 2 hours 45 minutes. Our reply: availability for the whole span, the day rate of €5,000, or €6,000 for a 48-hour weekend, plus her flights and hotel, the 25% deposit and how her ticket will be booked. Template 6: A Duo
A duo needs two companions free at the same hours who enjoy working together, so either name a pair or say you are happy for us to suggest one. Add who the booking is for, one client or a couple, and the shape of the evening; the figure we send covers both companions.

Why it works: most delays on duo requests come from two names who have never worked together; naming a pair we know, or leaving the pairing to us, removes that. Our reply: the pairs free at your time who already work together, each with profile links, and one figure for both: each companion is paid her full rate, so the template's two hours come to €1,200, of which 25% is paid as a deposit if you are booking ahead. An event companion is briefed rather than simply booked. The template gives her what she needs to prepare: the event and venue, the times, the dress code, how she will be introduced and who will be there. It ends with what happens afterwards, which decides the length and the figure.
