- Five details produce a firm quote: date and start time, duration, area or hotel, booking format, and anything that matters to you
- Your room number, full name and payment details are not first-message information — they come after confirmation
- "Who is available tonight?" with no location is the single slowest opening message you can send
- Say if it is your first booking; it changes nothing about the price and improves the reply
- A well-formed first message gets a companion shortlist and an all-in figure back inside twenty minutes
Most first messages we receive are three words long, and most of the delay in answering them comes from the twenty minutes of back-and-forth needed to make them answerable. That is a shame, because the difference between a slow enquiry and a fast one is about thirty seconds of typing. This post sets out exactly what to include, what to leave for later, and why. It is deliberately practical — if you would rather copy something ready-made, our five WhatsApp templates do the same job. Your first WhatsApp to an escort agency should contain five things: the date and start time, how long you want, the area or hotel you are in, the kind of booking, and anything that matters to you — that is enough for a companion shortlist and one all-in figure in reply.
The Five Details That Produce a Quote
Date and start time, duration, location, format, and preferences. With those five an agency can filter its roster, check real availability, calculate travel, apply the correct day rate and reply with a single number. With four of them it can usually still manage. Here is why each one matters.
1 and 2: Date, Start Time and Duration
The two that determine everything else. "Tonight" is fine; "Saturday the 15th, around 9pm, for the night" is better. Duration matters because rates are not linear — an hour costs €200–€500 and an overnight €1,800–€4,500, but the second is far cheaper per hour, and we cannot tell you which suits your evening if we do not know its shape. See our hourly vs overnight comparison for the arithmetic.
3: Where You Are
The hotel name or the area — not the room number. This determines whether travel is inside the rate or carries a €30–€80 supplement, how quickly a companion can reach you, and which arrival protocol applies. "A hotel on the Golden Mile" or "a villa in Nueva Andalucía" is exactly the right level of detail for a first message.
4 and 5: Format and Anything That Matters
Dinner date, overnight, a few hours at your hotel, a day on a boat. And then whatever is actually important to you — languages, a dress code, a companion who is comfortable at a business dinner, a particular style. Being specific here is not awkward; it is the entire mechanism by which you get matched to the right person rather than the available one. Browse GFE, dinner-date and event companions to see how differently the roster is grouped.
What a Good First Message Looks Like
Two or three sentences, sent once, containing all five details. It reads like a normal enquiry to any concierge service, because that is what it is. The reply should come back with named companions, availability and an all-in total. Two versions, for two different bookings.
A Same-Night Booking
"Hi — I'm at a hotel on the Golden Mile tonight and would like to book a companion for a couple of hours, ideally around 10pm. First time booking with an agency here. What's available and what would it cost all in?"
Everything needed is there: tonight, two hours, Golden Mile, outcall, first booking. That message gets a shortlist and a figure back inside twenty minutes at any hour. Our same-day booking guide covers what to expect on short notice.
A Planned Dinner Date
"Hi — I'm in Marbella from the 14th to the 18th. Looking for a dinner-date companion for Friday the 16th, dinner booked at 9pm in Puerto Banús, probably running late. English and Spanish would be ideal. What are the options and what would the whole evening cost?"
Note what it does: names the night, flags that it will run long — so we can advise whether the overnight is cheaper — and gives a language requirement we can actually filter on.
What Should You Leave Out of the First Message?
Your room number, your full name, your card details and anything explicit. None of it is needed to produce a quote, and all of it is better shared once a booking is confirmed — which is both safer for you and faster for us. Discretion works in both directions.
Room Numbers Come Later
We need the hotel to quote; we need the room only on the day, usually an hour or two before. There is no reason for a room number to sit in a message thread for a week. The same applies to your surname — a first name is plenty to run a booking, and a good agency will not ask for more. Our fifteen questions post covers what an agency should and should not be storing about you.
Keep the Opening Message Non-Explicit
Two reasons, one practical and one legal. Practically, an explicit opening message tells us nothing useful about the booking and slows the conversation down. Legally, Spain permits the sale of sexual services between consenting adults but prohibits third-party profit from them, so a legitimate agency arranges companionship and time — the conversation stays on that footing. The legal position is worth understanding once.
The Three Openings That Slow Everything Down
"Who's available?" with no location. A single "hi" followed by nothing. And a price question with no booking attached. Each one forces a round of questions before anything useful can be said, which on a busy Saturday costs you the slot you wanted. All three are easy to avoid.
"Who Is Available Tonight?"
The most common opening we receive and the least answerable. Availability depends entirely on where you are — a companion free for a Puerto Banús outcall may be an hour away from Fuengirola. Without a location we cannot filter, so the honest reply is a question, and now you are two messages in with nothing gained. Add four words and the same message becomes a quote.
The Bare Greeting
"Hi" on its own, then nothing while you wait for a response. It is polite, and it costs both sides ten minutes. Put the enquiry in the same message — this is a business that runs on WhatsApp and nobody expects an opening handshake before the substance.
"How Much Do You Charge?"
Answerable only as a range, because the range is wide and real: €200 to €4,500 depending entirely on the booking. Our full rate card is published precisely so that this question does not need asking. What you actually want is a figure for your booking, and that needs the five details.
If This Is Your First Booking
Say so. It changes nothing about the price and quite a lot about the reply — you will get the process explained, the arrival protocol described for your hotel, and a companion suggested who is good with clients who have not done this before. It is common and entirely unremarkable.
Why It Helps to Mention It
A returning client wants availability and a number. A first-time client usually wants to know how the evening actually works — what happens at reception, when payment happens, what to expect at the start. Flagging it means you get that unprompted rather than having to ask piece by piece. Our first-time guide covers the same ground in advance if you would rather read it first.
Ask Whatever You Want in the Same Message
Verification, discretion, cancellation, what is included — send them all at once and you will get one reply covering everything. No serious agency finds these questions tiresome; we have all answered them several hundred times. Browse the roster on our Marbella escorts page first if you would like to name someone specific.
What Happens After You Send It
You get a reply with two or three companion suggestions, confirmed availability for your slot, and one all-in figure — usually inside twenty minutes, at any hour. Nothing is committed until you say yes. The rest of the process is short.
The Reply You Should Get
Named companions with links to their profiles, a yes or no on your exact time, a single total including travel, and a note on anything you flagged. If a reply comes back without a figure, or with a figure that moves once you give more detail, that is worth noticing — it appears in our red flags post as one of the reliable warning signs.
Confirming
Choose a companion, confirm the total, and that is the booking. For an overnight, event or travel booking there may be a deposit at that point; for a standard evening there will not be. On the day, send your room details an hour or two before, and we brief your companion on the arrival. Our step-by-step process post walks the whole thing through.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I say in my first message to an escort agency?
Include five things: the date and start time, how long you want, the hotel or area you are in, the kind of booking, and anything that matters to you such as languages or a dress code. That is enough for a companion shortlist and one all-in figure in reply.
Should I give my room number in the first message?
No. The hotel name is enough to quote and to plan the arrival; the room number is only needed on the day, usually an hour or two beforehand. There is no reason for it to sit in a message thread for a week, and a good agency will not ask for it early.
Why do agencies need to know where I am staying?
Location determines whether travel is inside the rate or carries a €30–€80 supplement, how quickly a companion can reach you, and which arrival protocol applies at that property. Without it, availability cannot be filtered at all, so the reply becomes a question.
Should I mention that it is my first booking?
Yes. It changes nothing about the price and quite a lot about the reply — you will get the process explained, the arrival described for your specific hotel, and a companion suggested who is good with clients booking for the first time.
How quickly should an agency reply?
Within about twenty minutes, at any hour, if your message contains the five details. A reply that comes back without a figure, or with a figure that grows once you add detail, is a warning sign worth acting on rather than working around.
