It Is Not Simply More Hours
Three consecutive overnights and three days as a travel companion cost roughly similar amounts and produce entirely different trips. The overnights are three events with gaps between them; the travel booking is a continuous arrangement in which the gaps are the point. Documents and Destinations
Within the Schengen Area — which covers most of the EU plus Switzerland, Norway and Iceland — travel is straightforward for companions holding EU documents, and a trip to Ibiza, Monaco or Milan needs nothing beyond a booking. Outside it, visas take weeks and are the single most common reason a travel booking cannot happen on the timeline requested. Tell us the destination first, before anything else.
Accommodation
Book it yourself, and book something with enough space. A week in a single hotel room is a great deal less comfortable than a week in a suite or an apartment, and it is the arrangement detail most likely to affect how the trip actually goes. A separate room is entirely normal on longer trips and worth discussing at the planning stage rather than assuming either way.
What the Days Will Involve
Tell us honestly: a working trip where you will be in meetings until six, a holiday, a wedding, a series of events. It determines which companion suits it — someone who will be alone in a city for eight hours a day needs to be comfortable with that, and not everyone is. When a Short Booking Is the Better Choice

Book the Evenings That Matter
On a five-night stay, most clients want company for two of the nights rather than five. Booking those two as dinner dates or overnights costs a fraction of a travel arrangement and leaves the rest of the week open. Start short.
