Three Duos, Priced
At the standard €300 an hour, two companions for three hours cost €1,800, €900 each, paid to each of them at the start. A four-hour duo dinner date is €2,400, and a duo overnight €6,000 on most profiles, up to €8,000 depending on the pair and the length. A villa first, a suite second, a standard double almost never. Space changes a duo evening more than anything else, and if the companions stay the night the room must be sold for three, while many standard rooms are capped at two people. A villa adds a terrace, a pool and no lobby at all.

Visitors who leave are not registered guests, but people who stay are: Spain's Real Decreto 933/2021 makes hotels and holiday rentals record every guest aged 14 or over. An overnight duo therefore means three registered guests, and room capacity becomes a hard limit. Finding a villa is the easy part. The INE counted 6,987 holiday rentals in Marbella in May 2026, averaging 5.2 beds each, about 12% fewer than a year earlier. Licensed homes carry a VUT/MA or VFT/MA code, and most contracts allow evening visitors, cap overnight guests at the licensed number and ban events.
