Marbella's Most Expensive Hotel Suites in 2026: What Each One Includes

When a client sends us a suite booking, the first thing we read is not the price but the layout: private entrance or lobby, terrace or balcony, beach or garden. Those details decide how an evening works, and they are what the money really buys at the top of Marbella's hotel market. As an agency that arranges Marbella escorts for these addresses every summer, we have collected the facts on each one; the escorts in Marbella page shows who is available. Marbella's most expensive hotel stays in 2026 are the Marbella Club's beachfront Villa del Mar, Puente Romano's Imperial Suite and villa collection, Nobu's 250 m² Four Bedroom Suite and Finca Cortesín's Cortesín Suite and Villa La Reserva, all priced on request and well into four figures a night in summer.

Which Are the Most Expensive Suites in Marbella in 2026?

The top categories at four hotels: the Marbella Club's Villa del Mar and beach suites, Puente Romano's Imperial and Royal Suites and its villa collection, Nobu's Four Bedroom and Nobu Suites, and Finca Cortesín's Cortesín Suite and Villa La Reserva. Gran Meliá Don Pepe, once on any such list, has been closed since October 2025.

Why There Is No Price List

None of these hotels publishes a fixed rate for its top category: the booking engine prices each night by season and occupancy, and the largest villas are often quoted on request. For scale, Marbella's hotels averaged €416.22 per occupied room in July 2026, 22% more than a year earlier, according to INE, Spain's statistics office, and that covers every category. The suite quotes our clients forwarded for July and August 2026 started at about €3,000 a night, and the beachfront villas ran well into five figures. Marbella Club: Villa del Mar and the Beach Suites

The Marbella Club's grandest unit is Villa del Mar, its beachfront villa: six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, room for twelve, Andalusian patios, a private pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, cinema and a 24-hour butler. Below it sit the Grand Suites, led by the 100 m² Royal Beach Suite, and the Unique Suites, such as Conde Rudi.

Villa del Mar

The hotel's Villa del Mar page lists five king beds and one twin, a private art collection, a games and cinema room, its own gym and treatment room, a woodburning fireplace and private access to the seafront promenade. It connects with the neighbouring Rincón del Mar villa and the Holistic Studio, so a large group can take the whole corner. The Villa Host service, with a 24-hour butler, is included.

The Royal Beach Suite and Conde Rudi

The Royal Beach Suite is 100 square metres for two, with a double-height bedroom, a separate living and dining area and a sea-view terrace; it connects to a Deluxe Room with Sea Views if you need a second bedroom. Conde Rudi, 90 square metres with a rooftop terrace among the treetops, is named after the hotel's first general manager. The Deposits Nobody Mentions

Every Marbella Club villa booking carries a refundable damage deposit equal to one night's stay, returned after departure once the property has been inspected, and every guest leaves an incidental deposit on arrival. On a villa priced in five figures a night, that is a five-figure hold on your card for the length of the stay. Ask other hotels the same question, because deposits are rarely shown on the booking page.

Puente Romano: The Imperial Suite and the Villa Collection

Puente Romano, about 500 metres west of the Marbella Club, tops its suites with the 190 m² Imperial Suite and the 140 m² Royal Suite, both with saunas and terrace Jacuzzis. Its villa collection goes further: La Pereza on the beach, Romano with a cinema, and Los Llanos, a seven-bedroom house renovated in 2025.

The Imperial and Royal Suites

The Imperial Suite sits high in the resort with sea views, a private sauna, a whirlpool bath, a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling, for up to three guests. The Royal Suite is the couples' version: 140 square metres on the top floor, with a terrace that curves round the building, a large outdoor Jacuzzi and its own sauna. La Pereza and Romano

La Pereza is the signature beachfront villa: 210 square metres, four bedrooms for eight guests, a private entrance and an 800 m² garden with a heated pool that leads straight onto the sand. Check-in happens at the villa, and parking is private with 24-hour surveillance. Romano has 400 square metres, four double bedrooms, a cinema and games room with a cocktail bar, a heated plunge pool and parking for three cars. A private butler can be arranged at both on request.

The COYA Suite and Los Llanos

The COYA Suite Marbella is built for hosting: its own pisco bar and spirits store, sun terraces, a private games room and a separate bedroom wing, steps from COYA's restaurant and pool club. Los Llanos is the opposite: a seven-bedroom, 341 m² house in 6,500 square metres of gardens on the Golden Mile, with an 82 m² covered terrace, a pool, a padel court and views of La Concha, fully renovated in 2025.

Nobu Hotel Marbella: The Four Bedroom and Nobu Suites

Nobu, which opened inside Puente Romano in 2018, has two suites worth knowing. The Nobu Suite is 105 m² with a terrace Jacuzzi and private access to the adults-only Nobu Pool; the Four Bedroom Suite is 250 m² with four ensuite bedrooms, four terraces and a kitchen. Suite bookings include breakfast for two daily.

The Nobu Suite

The Nobu Suite has a separate bedroom with a king bed, a living room with custom artwork by Andrew Martin, a walk-in wardrobe and views over La Concha and the Nobu Pool, which you reach directly from the suite. For a couple it is one of the quietest suites in the Puente Romano complex, because the pool beyond the door admits adults only. The Four Bedroom Suite

The Four Bedroom Suite is villa-sized at 250 square metres: a grand entrance, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen with bar seating, four king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and four private terraces, with a Jacuzzi on the main one overlooking the gardens. It sleeps eight and comes with 24-hour Nobu in-room dining. For a group that wants Nobu's restaurant downstairs and a hotel's service, it is the alternative to renting a villa in the hills.

Finca Cortesín: The Cortesín Suite and Villa La Reserva

Finca Cortesín, 40 minutes west in Casares, has no standard rooms at all. Its top suite, the Cortesín Suite, is 180 m² with 4-metre ceilings and an 18 m² travertine bathroom; Villa La Reserva is a 420 m² four-bedroom house with its own pool. The four Private Pool Suites, 80 m² with a 60 m² pool terrace, are the ones to book early.

What the Cortesín Suite Includes

Finca Cortesín's own page for the suite lists what is included: daily à la carte breakfast in El Jardín, a welcome drink with tapas, fresh fruit and flowers each day, 24-hour room service, valet parking, and spa, gym and beach club access with a shuttle. Villa La Reserva

Villa La Reserva faces south, with four ensuite bedrooms, a living room with a log fireplace, a formal dining room, a full kitchen, marble bathrooms, a private garden and pool. Stays of five nights include one complimentary airport transfer in a Mercedes Viano, and seven nights include two. It suits a family or a group who want hotel service without sharing a corridor, and who accept that Puerto Banús is a 35-minute drive away every evening.

Suite or Resort Villa: Which Suits the Stay?

For two or three nights, a top suite: everything is arranged, the beach is at the end of the garden and nothing needs planning. For a week, a group or a celebration, a resort villa such as Villa del Mar, La Pereza or Villa La Reserva: more space, a private pool, and hotel staff on call.

Short Stays: Take the Suite

A suite needs no provisioning, no damage deposit equal to a night and no minimum stay of a week. The Royal Suite at Puente Romano or the Nobu Suite puts a couple a few minutes from dinner, the beach and Puerto Banús, and the hotel handles everything from the welcome drink to the late check-out. Long Stays and Groups: Take the Villa

Above four guests the arithmetic turns. Villa del Mar sleeps twelve, Puente Romano's Los Llanos has seven bedrooms and Nobu's Four Bedroom Suite sleeps eight, so the cost per bedroom can match a run of separate suites while giving the group one front door and one pool. Private check-in at the villa, as at La Pereza, also keeps arrivals out of the lobby. Check whether the butler is included, as at the Marbella Club, or arranged on request, as at Puente Romano.

What to Ask Before You Pay

Five things: whether the unit has a private entrance or check-in, what the deposits are, what is included beyond the bed, the cancellation terms for the top categories, and the hotel's visitor policy. The answers differ more between hotels than the published photographs suggest, and they decide how the stay works.

Five Questions for the Reservations Team

Ask whether you can arrive and leave without crossing a lobby; whether breakfast, transfers, parking and beach club access are included, as they are with Finca Cortesín's top suites; what deposit is held, and when it is released; how long before arrival the stay can be cancelled without charge, since villas and top suites often have stricter terms than rooms; and whether the butler is part of the price or an extra.

Visitors and Registration

Spain's Royal Decree 933/2021 requires hotels to register guests aged 14 and over who stay the night, not visitors who come and go. A visitor to a suite therefore needs no paperwork at reception, though some resorts ask you to notify the front desk or the gate so that staff expect the arrival. Booking a Companion at a Top Suite

Straightforward, and the suite usually makes it easier: a private entrance or villa check-in means no lobby at all. On the Golden Mile and in Puerto Banús, an hour is €300 in 2026; an overnight of 10 to 12 hours costs €3,000–€4,000. Finca Cortesín is outside Marbella, so the minimum is two hours and her taxi is yours to pay.

Arrivals at Suites and Villas

Send us the hotel, the suite or villa name and the access route, whether that is the main entrance, a garden path or a villa gate. We brief the companion accordingly, and she arrives as a visitor, which needs no registration. A suite with a terrace and a living room suits a longer format, so many clients book a dinner date of three hours or more, from €900, that ends back at the suite. Overnights and Payment

An overnight of 10 to 12 hours runs €3,000–€4,000 depending on the companion and the length, and suits a suite with a terrace for breakfast. A booking made in advance takes a 25 per cent deposit by transfer or crypto, to her or to us, and you pay her the balance at the start. Is Gran Meliá Don Pepe open in 2026?

No. Gran Meliá Don Pepe closed on 15 October 2025 for a full refurbishment, and its reopening is planned for late 2026 or 2027. Do not plan a stay around it. On the same stretch of the Golden Mile, the Marbella Club and Puente Romano offer the comparable suites and beachfront villas.
