Pangea Marbella in 2026: The Puerto Banús Rooftop Club, Its Season and Where to Go When It Closes

Pangea is the club clients ask about in October, when the answer is least obvious. The venue trading under that name in 2026 is an open-air rooftop on the terrace of the Club de Mar building in Puerto Banús, run as a summer business with an opening party, a closing party and a winter break. Our Marbella escorts work the port's nights all year, so we keep track of which doors are actually open. Pangea is still trading in 2026, but only in season: it reopened on 24 April, closed with its Black Closing Party on 26 September, and is shut until a 2027 date is announced.

Is Pangea Still Open in 2026?

Yes, seasonally. Pangea reopened for 2026 on Friday 24 April, ran through the summer and closed with its Black Closing Party on Saturday 26 September. In October it is shut. Its own calendar showed no 2027 dates on 5 October 2026, so treat any winter listing for Pangea as out of date.

A Rooftop Club, Not the Room Older Guides Describe

Older guides describe Pangea as a restaurant, bar and club under one roof that runs until five. The venue's own site now gives its address as the terrace of the Club de Mar building in Puerto Banús and calls itself a rooftop club with VIP table service. Its booking system maps two open-air areas, the main terrace and the Terraza Belvedere, and the menu adds shisha to the bottles. Being outdoors is why it is seasonal: its terms move a booking, or issue a credit voucher, when the weather stops a night.

The 2026 Season in Five Dates

• 24 April: reopening night.
• 2 May: Summer Opening White Party, on the UK early May bank-holiday weekend.
• 21 to 25 May: five specials in a row for the UK spring bank holiday, ending with Boat Club, 22:00 to 03:00.
• 15 August: Ferragosto White Party, white evening clothes required.
• 26 September: Black Closing Party, black evening clothes required.

If 2027 follows the same pattern, the weekends to plan around are the UK bank holidays of 1 to 3 May, 29 to 31 May and 28 to 30 August 2027.

Seven Nights a Week: Pangea's 2026 Programme

From late May to the end of August Pangea ran a different branded night every day of the week, two of them ladies' nights. House, R&B and Afrobeats carried most of them; Sunday was Afro House from sunset, with fire performers. The table below is the club's own 2026 calendar, night by night.

What the Ladies' Nights Mean for a Couple

Monday's La Femme and Thursday's ALLURE are built around women guests, with champagne and vodka to the fore. For a group of men those are the nights when a table matters most; for a couple they are among the easiest of the week, because the room is designed around her. Clients who book a companion for a Pangea night often choose a Thursday for that reason, and because ALLURE ran for the whole season, from 30 April to 24 September.

Why the Calendar Follows UK Bank Holidays

Pangea's specials cluster on British long weekends: the White Party on the early May bank holiday, five nights in a row for the spring one, and Love Juice, Vanity and R&B Lovers on the August one. Its own copy speaks of a crowd from the UK and across Europe, and the town's figures agree: INE counted 281,804 hotel nights by foreign residents in Marbella in August 2026, 81% of the total. On those weekends tables go first, and the bottle list has a second, higher column for special nights.

Getting In: Dress Code, Bags and the 23:00 Rule

Pangea's terms ask for smart, elegant dress and refuse sportswear, flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, bare torsos and football or basketball shirts. Fancy dress and stag or hen accessories are turned away. Guests with pre-booked table packages must arrive before 23:00 to confirm them, which shapes the whole evening.

What to Wear on the Roof

The rule is smart rather than formal: no jacket is required, but sportswear of any kind is out, as are flip-flops and team shirts. Backpacks and large bags are refused, except women's handbags, and there is no cloakroom, so leave the shopping at the hotel. On the two theme nights the code tightens: white evening clothes on 15 August, black on 26 September. For a companion we pack a cocktail dress and a light layer, because an open roof in late April or late September is cooler at 02:00 than the afternoon suggests.

The 23:00 Rule and First Come, First Served

The clause that catches people out: guests with a pre-booked table package must arrive before 23:00 to confirm it, or risk losing the chance to buy it. Tables are then allocated first come, first served, a seat for every guest is not guaranteed, and a package does not promise an outside terrace table. In practice, if you have prepaid, eat at 20:30 rather than the Spanish 22:00. Tell the reservations team your arrival time when you book.

Cameras, Cards and Other Small Print

The venue photographs and films its nights, and its terms say that guests who do not want to appear should not pose and should tell staff. Payments by American Express carry a 4% surcharge. Lost property is handled at the security office at the venue, 10:00 to 14:00 daily, and unclaimed items go to the Guardia Civil after 15 days. None of this is unusual for Puerto Banús, but the camera point matters to clients who value discretion, which is most of ours.

What Does a Table at Pangea Cost?

Pangea does not publish package prices, but its bottle list is public. Standard-night prices start at €330 for Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial and €335 for Belvedere, Bacardi or Don Julio Blanco; special nights add up to €100 a bottle. Prepaid tickets, packages and deposits are non-refundable, with a weather credit instead.

What a Night Costs, Worked Through

A couple on a standard Thursday with one bottle of Moët spend €330 before tips; on a special night the same bottle is €400. A group of six with two bottles of Belvedere and a Dom Pérignon spends €1,370 on a standard night and €1,550 on a special one. Add dinner in the port and the car home. Non-Refundable, Except for the Weather

All prepaid tickets, packages and deposits are non-refundable. The exception is weather: if a night is called off, the booking moves to another date or becomes a credit voucher for the season. That suits a resident and works badly for a visitor flying home on Sunday, which is why we suggest never putting anything prepaid on the last night of a trip. Prices and package contents can change without notice, so keep the confirmation.

Where Pangea's Crowd Goes From October to April

When the roof closes, the same crowd splits three ways: Tibu, inside the port on Plaza Antonio Banderas, which lists itself as open every night; Olivia Valere on the Istán road on Fridays and Saturdays; and COYA Club at Puente Romano from Thursday to Saturday. New Year's Eve is the one big winter night.

Inside the Port: Tibu

Tibu is the nearest like-for-like: tables and bottle service, an open-air terrace for warm nights and an indoor club for the rest, plus the KOVA restaurant from 20:00, Thursday to Monday. Its site gives the address as Plaza Antonio Banderas 34 to 37 and says it opens every night until late, and New Year's Eve 2026 is already on its events page. Out of the Port: Olivia Valere and COYA Club

For a dressier winter night, Olivia Valere opens on Friday and Saturday from 00:30 to 05:00, four kilometres up the Istán road, with a shirt mandatory for men. New Year's Eve, the Winter Exception

The one winter night that fills every room is 31 December, when the clubs that stay open, Tibu among them, sell New Year packages. In 2026 the 31st falls on a Thursday, so the holiday weekend runs on to Sunday 3 January. Book the table early and arrange the car home before you arrive. Our New Year's Eve guide has the details. Planning a Pangea Night When It Reopens

Treat a Pangea night as sunset to about 03:00. Its published events start around 22:00, the one with a stated finish ran to 03:00, and the Sunday Afro House sessions begin with the sunset. Eat at 20:30 if you have prepaid a package, and decide in advance whether the night has a second act.

Sunset Times on the Roof

Calculated for the port, the sun sets at 21:01 on 24 April, 21:26 on 25 May, 21:41 at the June solstice, 21:12 on 15 August and 20:12 on 26 September. So in May and June the roof is still light when the 22:00 nights start, and by the closing party it has been dark for almost two hours. The Second Act After Three

The only Pangea event with a published finish, Boat Club, ended at 03:00, which is earlier than the indoor rooms. So a Pangea night often has a second act: Tibu, which runs later inside the port, or late food before bed. Our after-hours guide lists what is open past four. Decide before you go out whether there is a second act, because it changes how long the companion booking should be.

Booking a Companion for a Pangea Night

A Pangea evening with dinner in the port runs from about 20:30 to 03:00, six and a half hours. That is a dinner date extended by the hour, at €300 an hour, or an overnight if the night continues. The price is the same on a summer weekend as on a weekday.

Which Booking, Which Night

For dinner and the first hours on the roof, a dinner-date booking, a minimum of three hours and so from €900, covers 20:30 to midnight. Staying to 03:00 is about seven hours at €300, €2,100 in all, and moving on to Tibu afterwards makes it an overnight, €3,000 to €4,000 depending on the companion and the length. Thursday's ladies' night suits a couple; the bank-holiday specials are the busiest nights of the season, and the price does not change for them, only the availability.

What to Send Us

The date and the night's name, whether you have prepaid a package and so must be there before 23:00, where you are staying, and whether the evening continues after three. For a white or black party, say so: the dress code applies to her too. Most of these bookings are in Puerto Banús itself, where a companion can meet you at dinner and walk up with you.
