A Different Register

The Look and Feel
Natural materials, planting, hammocks and shade structures rather than the white-and-chrome aesthetic of the marina clubs. It reads more Tulum than Saint-Tropez, and whether that appeals is entirely a matter of taste — but it is a genuinely different environment rather than a marketing distinction.

No Hard Peak
Where a pool party has a defined arc building to a peak between six and eight, this format does not — it is consistent from one in the afternoon until early evening. That makes it considerably easier to spend a full day at without being wrecked by seven.
Food
Mediterranean, healthier-leaning, and a genuine part of the day rather than an accompaniment. It is the kind of place where lunch at two is the centre of the visit, which is closer to the chiringuito tradition than to the club format.
